A leading company in Edmonton is seeking a full-time financial support professional to assist with maintaining financial accountability and accurate reporting in collaboration with the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a relevant post-secondary degree and at least three years of experience in accounting or finance, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Position: This job is classified as full-time (37.5 hours / week) and is a funding-based position.

Overview: The candidate will work in conjunction with the CFO to maintain financial accountability requirements and ensure the accuracy of quarterly reporting.
Assist our client with reporting, forecasting, and budget amendments.
Work daily in Teams to ensure documents are saved, filed, and shared appropriately.
Keep track of reporting timelines and past-due reports.
Communicate directly with our client to support their reporting needs.
Assist in creating contract documents related to funding (e.g., contribution agreements, payment letters, updated cash flow templates) as needed.
Other duties as directed by the CFO and CEO.
Location: Edmonton, AB
Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field, with at least three years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience.
