The company operates seven store locations and offers free pick up and delivery services.

Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Book Keeper to join our team in Calgary on a part-time basis (approx. 10 hours / week). This role offers flexibility to work from home or in-office, making it a great fit for someone looking to contribute their skills in a dynamic, organized environment. The Book Keeper will be responsible for reconciling bank statements and deposits, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks, and run payroll using a third party payroll system.

Experience

• Proven experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with third-party payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Wagepoint, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
