Job summary

ECMM is seeking a Call Attendant for our Booking Team in Dartmouth, NS. This on-site, full-time role supports occupational health and wellness appointments, interacting with staff and clients to coordinate testing and related services.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties. The position emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma.
• Flexibility to meet operational hours including weekday shifts.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for after-hours response requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to coordinate occupational testing and wellness appointments.
• Process web/email booking requests promptly and accurately.
• Notate and document call information according to SOPs and share with relevant teams.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and maintain booking accuracy.
