Job summary

The Running Room is seeking a part-time Store Assistant Manager (20-30 hrs/week) in a retail environment dedicated to running enthusiasts. You will engage customers, answer questions, recommend products, and help keep the store organized and merchandising standards met.

You will share store responsibilities with the manager, operate the POS system, and assist in maintaining a welcoming environment for runners and pedestrians alike. Experience in retail and a love for running are preferred.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community
• Part Time Store Assistant manager 20-30hrs/week.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment
• Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English
• Available weekdays and weekends!!
