Job summary

JD Sports Cornwall Centre in Regina is seeking a Back of House Manager to lead the stockroom, manage inbound/outbound activities, and drive inventory accuracy. You will supervise a team, coordinate with store leaders, and ensure efficient e-commerce fulfillment while upholding JD's standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in stockroom roles and 2+ years of people management, with strong communication, urgency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years stockroom or distribution center experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
• Must have a high sense of urgency; proactive and organized.
• Full time availability with early starts and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Experience supervising, training and developing team members.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day stockroom operations (BOH) and maintain order.
• Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment: picking/packing/shipping.
• Coordinate with customer service and store leaders via Slack/email.
• Reduce shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and optimizing inventory.
• Oversee store supplies for daily/weekly operations.
• Lead by example and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Support onboarding and training of new starters.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay on trend developments.
