Job summary

Redwater Dodge is seeking an Automotive Detailer to meticulously clean and detail vehicles, both inside and out, using a variety of equipment and polishes. You will report to the Detail Supervisor and need a sharp eye for detail in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious shop.

The schedule is Tue–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm and Sat 9:00am–5:00pm. Compensation starts at $23 per flat-rate hour with a production bonus of up to $4/hr. We offer training, a positive culture, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Experience applying Protection Package an asset.
• First Aid and WHMIS an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Detail Supervisor for job assignments.
• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Perform delivery cleans on sold units.
• Polish and Wax vehicles as necessary.
• Apply protection package products.
• Inspect the finished product.
• Park vehicles in sold row.
• Maintain work area/wash bay.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

An Automotive Detailer will help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences by effectively using a variety of equipment, cleaners and polishes as well as have a good eye for detail. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, safe and professional workplace.

We would require our candidate to work Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, as well as Saturday shifts from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Compensation: $23 per flat-rate hour as well as the opportunity for a production bonus of up to $4/hr
