Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect to lead the design of a scalable blockchain platform within a financial-services setting. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor delivery teams, and ensure governance and compliance across project phases.

The role requires hands-on blockchain platform knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering production-grade solutions in fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing Blockchain solutions in a financial services setting.
• Hands-on coding experience with Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, or Kaleido.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and lead development teams.
• Experience with vendor and product evaluations in the Blockchain space.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.

• Support vendor and product evaluation, including technology selection and validation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Participate in governance processes and design approval sessions
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality implementation
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of Blockchain solutions through all project phases
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables for successful implementation
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Blockchain to inform strategic decisions

Desired Skill-Set
