Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and supporting Azure environments from scratch.
• Strong background in deploying and supporting Azure Databricks platforms.
• Proficiency in automation using IaC and CI/CD in a DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable Azure infrastructure environments across development, QA, and production platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and secure Azure Databricks workspaces and related services.
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, Networking, Monitoring, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bicep.
• Build automated deployment frameworks and CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure and platform updates.
• Automate provisioning, patching, monitoring, compliance validation, and disaster recovery testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, security, and performance issues.
• Implement cloud security controls, governance standards, and best practices.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and technical runbooks.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for anAzure DevOps Engineer-DataBricks/Banking.This role involves designing, deploying, automating, and supporting enterprise Azure infrastructure and Databricks platforms. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical expert capable of managing all aspects of cloud platform lifecycle, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable Azure infrastructure environments across development, QA, and production platforms.

• Proficiency in automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bicep.
• Experience automating cloud operations and CI/CD processes in a DevOps environment.
• Deep troubleshooting skills for infrastructure, security, and network issues.
• Ability to develop and enforce cloud security policies and standards.
• Solid understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and scalability.
• Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Experience working with enterprise disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based cloud environments.
