Job summary

Pine in Toronto is seeking a BizOps Analyst to support our operations team in a fast-paced fintech startup environment. You will help manage projects, streamline processes, and contribute to budget tracking and reporting.

This role offers hands-on experience across business operations, data entry, research, and cross-functional collaboration as we scale and improve our mortgage platform in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
  • Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in team oversight, team building, problem-solving, and plan implementation.
  • Drive sales efforts by overseeing deals, conducting research, and implementing strategies to support business growth.
  • Data entry, file management, scheduling, customer service, order processing & website maintenance.
  • Budget tracking and management, including monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
  • Develop and implement business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate on projects, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Conduct data entry, data collection, research and analysis to support decision-making and company growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful project execution.
