Job summary

Pine in Canada is seeking a BizOps Analyst to support our operations team across projects, data management, and process improvements in a fast-paced FinTech startup. You will contribute to the success of various initiatives while developing essential business operations skills for your future career.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive sales support, budget tracking, and routine operations while contributing to data entry, research, and analyses that inform decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
• Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications.

Responsibilities

• Aid in team oversight, team building, problem-solving, and plan implementation.
• Drive sales efforts by overseeing deals, conducting research, and implementing strategies to support business growth.
• Data entry, file management, scheduling, customer service, order processing & website maintenance.
• Support in budget tracking and management, including monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
• Contribute to developing and implementing business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate on projects, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct data entry, data collection, research and analysis to support decision-making and company growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful project execution.
