You will coordinate priorities with the Bistro Manager and uplift team performance through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role.
• Food Safe Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Ability to lead by example and train team.

Responsibilities

• Set daily priorities and pace for the team.
• Coaches team members and drives selling and promotions within the department.
• Support the Bistro Manager by meeting operational standards.
• Train and promote the standard of Customer Service.
• Create and complete checklists with department team members.
• Facilitate production of in-store prepared items.
• Ensure training on products and ingredients.
• Provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Maintain a positive working environment.
• Record, monitor and report spillage.
