Join to apply for the Biostatistician role at DataAnnotation.

We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include an expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position with flexible scheduling. You can choose projects and work on your own schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in biology or related fields preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
