We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a flexible, remote position that can be full-time or part-time. You can select projects of your interest, work on your schedule, and earn starting at $40+ USD per hour with potential bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.
