We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include:

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Related fields such as Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science are also acceptable.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

This is a remote position, available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluating their outputs.
• Assessing the correctness and performance of AI models.
