Salary Range: $46,000.00 To $49,000.00 Annually
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-oriented professional to take on the role of Bioinformatics Specialist I. As a member of the Bioinformatics Team, the Bioinformatics Specialist will develop expertise in analyzing tandem mass spectrometry data to accurately determine the primary amino acid sequence of proteins. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and seek out opportunities that will challenge them and foster growth in their sequencing skills. This is a permanent, full-time, entry-level position.
All new members of the Bioinformatics Team begin their journey with a custom comprehensive training course that provides in-depth instruction on how to use Rapid Novor’s industrial leading software platform for antibody protein sequencing. Senior members of the team are made available during this time (and onwards) to guide new members and support them in sharpening their technical skills. Furthermore, our team members have opportunities to collaborate with and learn from colleagues from our wider interdisciplinary team.
