Alignerr Corp. is seeking PhD-level biochemists for a remote, flexible hourly contract role as an AI Data Trainer.

You will design advanced biochemistry problems and craft benchmark solutions to improve AI reasoning in areas from enzyme kinetics to drug-target interactions. Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Biochemistry or related field, communicate complex ideas clearly, and can work independently on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or closely related field.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in writing.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for complex biochemical data.

Responsabilités

• Design expert-level biochemistry challenges to stress-test AI reasoning.
• Author rigorous ground-truth solutions as benchmarks for accuracy.
• Audit AI outputs for biochemical pathways, structures and proofs.
• Identify and fix reasoning errors and provide structured feedback.
