Job description

Join to apply for the AI Trainer - Chemistry role at DataAnnotation.

We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose projects to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, reasoning, and spatial-temporal reasoning.
