Job summary
Kenaidan Murphy Joint Venture (KMJV) is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator in Toronto to support project delivery by applying BIM and VDC techniques, with a strong focus on 4D planning, site logistics, and sequencing. This hands-on role requires developing model-based plans and visualizations to guide construction.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of BIM/VDC experience preferred.
- Experience with general contractor or infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Strong 3D modelling experience essential.
- Ability to translate construction strategies into model-based plans.
Responsibilities
- Use and maintain 3D BIM models to support constructability reviews.
- Develop 4D construction sequencing simulations connected to schedules.
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, planning and design teams.
- Create visualizations of construction means and methods.
- Coordinate models for site logistics and temporary works.
