Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM best practices, develop execution plans, and support multi-disciplinary teams across North America. The role requires strong communication, process improvement focus and hands-on oversight of CAD/BIM delivery.

You will set up BIM standards, train users, and coordinate with design teams while ensuring project scope aligns with client requirements and firm objectives. The position is based in Canada with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Engineering technologist diploma or equivalent
• BIM Manager Certification or equivalent BIM experience
• 7+ years of related industry experience with BIM

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards, processes and best practices across projects.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BXP), model matrices, and digital scope docs.
• Provide end-user BIM support, training and SME guidance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across North America.
• Review projects for quality and adherence to client standards.
