Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM best practices and process improvements across North America for water projects. You will set up BIM standards, mentor teams, and support design delivery with a strong focus on Revit and Civil 3D.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain templates, and ensure scope and quality in project execution, with hybrid work options across Canada.

Qualifications

• Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent with BIM experience.
• BIM Manager Certification or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years in the industry with BIM technologies and CAD/BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards and process improvements for digital project delivery.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BXP) and model matrices with teams.
• Provide end-user training and in-house BIM support.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers and architects across disciplines.
