Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation and CAD/BIM standards across North America. You will act as SME for design modeling software, set up best practices, provide user training, and assist multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

The role supports flexible hybrid work arrangements with offices across Canada, including Calgary and Burnaby. You will coordinate with teams, maintain templates, and drive digital project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM standards across multiple projects
• Ability to develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BXP)
• Strong knowledge of CAD/BIM tools and data environments
• Experience with common data environments and collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards and procedures
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and schedule adherence
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BXP) and model matrices for projects
• Provide end-user training and ongoing BIM support to teams
• Maintain software template files and ensure model quality across projects
