PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) seeks a Digital Delivery Manager to lead BIM standards, workflows, and digital coordination for a Sub-Program within the PACT program. PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada's largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Digital Delivery Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of BIM standards, workflows, and digital coordination processes for an assigned Sub-Program within the PACT program. This role will act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related activities within the Sub-Program, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, model governance, data environment management, and the effective use of digital tools to improve project delivery, coordination, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with design consultants, contractors, project teams, and the broader PACT digital delivery team to ensure alignment with overall program BIM standards and digital delivery objectives.
The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on-call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company.
