Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! The BIM Manager will be responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards. In this role you will get to work on one of the unique hospitality projects in the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks and Revit.
• Enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, providing advice and support to both the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
• Conducting BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.
• Flexible cover for BIM Coordinator team when required.
• Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in BIM/Digital Delivery working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 on large-scale projects and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing BIM in large-scale hospitality construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, and industry standards specific to hospitality environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
