BIM Lead - Water & Wastewater

Job summary

TYLin is seeking a BIM Lead for its Water Sector team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role focuses on establishing BIM execution, coordinating cross-discipline work, and advancing design of water and wastewater facilities from concept through detailed design.

You will drive clash detection, model coordination, and robust layouts using BIM360, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and NavisWorks while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Hybrid work options exist within the GTA.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical engineering/engineering technology or closely related field.
• CET with OACETT preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in the execution of water/wastewater infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM360, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ProjectWise and NavisWorks.
• Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
• Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$110,400-$138,000 annually for this position and local market.
