Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada seeks a Digital Systems Lead to guide digital delivery, BIM governance, standards, automation and innovation across major infrastructure, transportation and rail projects in Montreal. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor digital specialists, establish metrics, ensure quality, and collaborate with clients and project leaders to align digital initiatives with business goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in BIM or digital delivery; English

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in BIM or digital delivery.
• Experience developing digital standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong BIM coordination and information management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of digital delivery strategies, standards, and governance.
• Oversee BIM, CAD, information management, automation, and digital delivery processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, including standards, automation, libraries, and platform support.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows, data management, and project delivery systems.
• Establish and monitor digital performance metrics, quality standards, and compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance on BIM execution and information management.
• Collaborate with project leaders, clients, and technical teams to align initiatives with objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Champion training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of digital best practices.
