Job summary

Pomerleau, a national leader in construction, seeks a Team Lead - Digital Construction to champion BIM/VDC delivery on large-scale projects in Canada. You will guide and mentor a VDC team, coordinate across multiple projects, and implement BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650.

The role offers a hybrid work model and meaningful career growth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BIM project management, strong software skills (Revit, AEC tools), and a solid grasp of CDE concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in work coordination and BIM project management in construction.
• Experience leading VDC/BIM teams across multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and CDE fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of VDC coordinators and coordinate BIM/VDC services across multiple building projects.",
• Develop and set expectations for team members; mentor and coach on best practices and career development.
• Master project delivery methods (Design-Build, PPP, etc.).
• Write and review BIM management and execution plans per ISO 19650.
• Implement and oversee BIM processes and drive continuous development.
• Promote learning and innovation in construction; report progress to Innovation Manager.
