Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage federated project models, run clash detections, and drive issue resolution within BEP guidelines. The role requires strong coordination skills across disciplines and leadership in BIM meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination or digital project delivery.
• Experience on infrastructure, transportation, rail, or civil projects.
• Strong experience managing federated models and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination reporting.
• Experience supporting BIM quality assurance and information management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEPs, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows and model management.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and collaborative project delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
