Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to integrate multidisciplinary BIM models into federated project models and lead coordination efforts. You will manage clash detection, issue resolution, and ensure adherence to project BEPs and ISO 19650 standards.

You will coordinate meetings, document actions, and support BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery processes across infrastructure projects in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of BIM coordination or digital project delivery experience.
• Experience on infrastructure, transportation, rail, or civil projects.
• Strong experience managing federated models and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, issue resolution, and coordination reporting.
• Experience supporting BIM quality assurance and information management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEPs, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows and model management.
• Familiarity with CDEs and collaborative project delivery.

About you

*Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $ 70 000 à 118 200 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
