DIALOG, a multi-disciplinary design practice, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support planning, implementation and management of BIM processes across projects. You will coordinate models with internal teams and external consultants, ensure alignment with client requirements, and maintain BIM documentation and coordination reports.
Successful candidates bring 3–7 years in BIM-enabled environments, advanced Revit skills, and ability to obtain Canada security clearance.

At DIALOG, Building Information Modelling (BIM) plays a critical role in delivering coordinated, high-quality projects across disciplines. As a BIM Coordinator, you will work closely with project teams to support the planning, implementation, and management of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting to the Design Technology Leadership team and working alongside project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants, you will help ensure project models are coordinated, compliant with project standards, and aligned with client requirements. You will be a trusted technical resource who supports project delivery through effective BIM workflows, model management, and coordination practices.
Successful BIM Coordinators are collaborative, organized, and delivery-focused. They help project teams work efficiently by maintaining reliable BIM processes, ensuring model quality, and facilitating coordination among disciplines. They balance technical expertise with practical project support and contribute to the successful delivery of coordinated project information.
