Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technologist to join a BC-based practice relocating to the Okanagan. The role focuses on advanced Revit modeling, documentation, and BIM coordination across commercial, multifamily, institutional and community projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-graduation experience, strong Revit skills, and a solid understanding of BIM workflows, with the ability to collaborate with architects and consultants throughout all

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years post-graduation experience in architectural practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of Canadian building codes.
• Authorized to work in Canada and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents.
• Develop accurate architectural models and drawing packages in Revit.
• Support BIM standards, workflows and model coordination.
• Coordinate architectural models with multidisciplinary consultants.
• Prepare permit, tender and construction packages.
• Assist with technical detailing and building code requirements.
• Participate in drawing reviews and QA/QC.
• Support projects during Contract Administration.
• Troubleshoot Revit and BIM related project challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams throughout all phases of delivery.
