Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technologist to join a BC-based architectural practice relocating from Vancouver to the Okanagan. You will lead Revit/model development across Design Development to Construction, coordinating with architects, technologists and consultants.

You’ll drive BIM workflows, ensure documentation accuracy and contribute to multiple project types while enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post graduation experience within an architectural practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
• Knowledge of Canadian building codes and construction practices.
• Authorized to work in Canada and open to relocating from Vancouver to BC's Okanagan region.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist & BIM Specialist with 5+ years of post graduation experience to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Revit and enjoys both the technical and BIM sides of architectural project delivery.

You will work across projects from Design Development through Construction, producing and coordinating documentation, developing Revit models, supporting BIM workflows and collaborating closely with architects, technologists and multidisciplinary consultants.
