DependableIT is seeking Billing and Sales Representatives who will handle inbound calls from Internet, Digital Phone and Cable TV subscribers to resolve billing issues while identifying opportunities to upsell or bundle services. Roles require user-friendly problem solving, strong communication, and a drive to improve customer outcomes.

The position offers work-from-home flexibility with rotating schedules; candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be comfortable

We are looking for exceptional Billing and Sales Representatives who are dedicated to driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be supporting Internet, Digital Phone and Cable TV subscribers over the phone to resolve billing issues, while also looking for opportunities where we can turn these calls into a sale. Whether that is upgrading their package, bundling their services together, or selling them a brand new service, there will always be an opportunity, we just have to find it!

Important Information

• Schedule Availability: Mon-Sun between the hours of 8am – 9:30 pm EST (rotating shifts)
• Wage: $16 /Hour
• Location: Work from home (In-office work available)

Working As a Billing And Sales Representative, You Will

• Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to Inbound calls
• Assist in billing calls - resolve billing issues, clarify charges on their account, help them to make payments
• Identify where sales can be made, and push for sales on billing calls
• Ability to work from home
• Be an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Work in a fast paced, high volume, environment
• Be comfortable with change
• Multitask efficiently using several Windows applications simultaneously to verify customer information, determine the root cause of any issue and provide the proper resolution
• Achieve performance goals for call time, accuracy, quality, de-escalation, and customer satisfaction

Working as a Billing and Sales Representative, You Should Have:

• Stellar attendance and punctuality are a must
• Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
• Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills
• Comfortable with technology, the Internet, Windows, and competent typing skills
• Ability to successfully employ de-escalation strategies
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Must be results oriented
• Motivated to be a consistent performer
• Availability to be scheduled between 8am and 9:30pm Mon-Sun

Additional Information

• Candidates must be legally able to work in New Brunswick, Canada
• Candidates should not be convicted of a criminal offense for which a pardon has not been received
