  • Maintain customer billing tickets and payment processing.
  • Accounts receivable collections - track payments and follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Process customer ticket and toll charges.
  • Support team on all customer activations, cancellations, and contract changes.
  • Prepare, match, and track customer damage claims and charges.
  • Review and process customer returns and coordinate with team members to quickly expedite customer refunds.
  • Maintain up to date company records such as inventory, vehicle records, and accounting entries.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for the role of Billing Coordinator. In this position, you will support our Finance Team in managing the day to day activities of the business such as customer billing, accounts receivable, maintain vehicle records, damage tickets, and coordinating with our operations and customer success teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain our customer billing tickets and payment processing
  • Accounts receivable collections - track payments and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Process customer ticket and toll charges
  • Support team on all customer activations, cancellations, and contract changes
  • Prepare, match, and track customer damage claims and charges
