You will handle calls and emails promptly, maintain claim files, and use the claims management system to document every interaction. Fluency in English and French, along with strong interpersonal skills, is essential in this fast-paced role.

As the Warranty Services Representative, you will be responsible for responding to consumers regarding roofing warranties and processing claims.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL;

• Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Process all documents within the company's standard Service Levels
• Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
• Process claims within the company's claims management system
• Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
• Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
• Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Some experience in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Dispute resolution skills
