Position Overview

Warranty Services Representatives work in a call centre environment responding to calls from consumers regarding roofing warranties.

Accountabilities

1. Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
2. Process all documents within the company’s standard Service Levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email.
2. Process claims within the company’s claims management system.
3. Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained.
4. Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed.
5. Develop working knowledge of products and associated warranties.

Qualifications

1. Some experience in a high volume, fast paced call centre environment.
2. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
3. Dispute resolution skills.
