Job summary

Believe is seeking a Toronto-based, bilingual Trade Marketing and Label Management professional to drive DSP partnerships and manage label accounts across Quebec and English-Canada. You will coordinate release strategies with international offices and optimize revenue through distribution and marketing efforts.

The role requires fluency in French and English, deep DSP knowledge, and experience in music distribution and digital marketing, working across a hybrid Canada-based setup.

Qualifications

• Toronto-based; bilingual (French/English) with French essential.
• High level DSP expertise: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube, Deezer editorial pitching and retail promotion.
• Experienced operator in music distribution and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Quebec market and francophone ecosystem; credibility across indie labels in English-Canada.
• Strong English for anglo market and coordination with Canadian Lead.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with DSPs and ensure priority releases are surfaced and merchandised.
• Drive international release strategy to break Canadian acts across markets, with international offices.
• Develop new catalogue visibility and monetization with platform partners.
• Directly manage a portfolio of label and artist accounts including release planning and revenue optimization.
• Forecast release projections and align accounts with budget; monitor campaigns via dashboards.
• Educate label managers on trade marketing best practices; spread knowledge across Canadian team.
• Lead weekly touchpoints with Canadian label managers and participate in weekly international calls.
