Job summary

ESBE Scientific is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to own the Greater Quebec City Area. You will cultivate relationships with laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions, while expanding the active account portfolio and hunting for new business.

You’ll conduct on-site visits to understand workflows and guide customers to the right capital equipment and consumables. French and English proficiency, a life sciences or business degree, travel flexibility, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• 3–5+ years of B2B outside sales in scientific sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the company for laboratories, research institutions, and hospitals throughout your region.
• Inherit an active portfolio of accounts while aggressively hunting for new business.
• Conduct on-site client visits to understand laboratory workflows and recommend the right capital equipment and consumables.
• Navigate complex institutional purchasing environments and manage the bidding/RFP process.
