Job summary

Intact is seeking full-time bilingual Telesolutions Advisors to join our expanding Montreal team in a hybrid role at our 2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd. office. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 35 or 40 hours; eligible for an evening premium for shifts ending after 7 p.m.

This role is based in Montreal with hybrid work arrangements. You will contact customers to assess insurance needs with licensed agents, build relationships, promote products, and participate in team projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory; calls and service to English-speaking customers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Able to adapt to changes in products, services, or policies.
• Dynamic and energetic personality.
• No Canadian work experience required; must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to discuss their insurance needs with a licensed agent.
• Build strong customer relationships and transfer customers to licensed agents quickly.
• Promote our products and services while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Participate in team projects.

Salary range (but not limited to):

37,400 - 45,700

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for full-time Bilingual Telesolutions Advisors to join our growing team!

• Positions available as of November 30, 2026.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (35 or 40 hours) (eligible for a 6% evening premium for shifts ending at 7:00 p.m. or later)
• This hybrid position is available at our Montreal office (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd.)

What you’ll do:

• Contact existing and prospective customers to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs, either now or in the future, with a licensed agent.
• Build strong customer relationships and transfer customers to licensed agents as quickly as possible.
• Promote our products and services while acting as a strong brand ambassador.
• Participate in projects within your team.

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory. This position requires making calls and providing service to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changes in products, services, or company policies.
• Dynamic and energetic personality.
• No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
