Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual Portuguese in Canada to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Geotab devices and MyGeotab platform. You will handle cases from initial contact to resolution and work with partners to deliver effective solutions.

The role requires English and Portuguese fluency, strong communication, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule in a hybrid environment. Experience with programming and data tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support capacity
• 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting technical hardware and/or software issues
• Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables and reports
• Working knowledge of data warehouses such as Google BigQuery is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Geotab and partner products across multiple channels
• Provide comprehensive support and maintain detailed case documentation
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Assist with device and platform inquiries and 24/7 support readiness
