The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English, with experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the AV or construction industries. You will manage multiple searches, identify passive candidates, and conduct interviews while collaborating with the EE Relations & TA Manager to understand talent needs. This role requires proven recruiting success and the ability to analyze recruitment data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in AV or construction.
• Proven ability to recruit at various levels.
