What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience as an expert in the field.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID to access the Représenter un client service upon onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex cases involving employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• A passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and a commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) returns.
• Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly wage ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 depending on the region, with eligibility for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and location, with ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity across categories of ethnicity and gender.

How you will lead:

• Assist clients in completing their income tax returns using TurboTax, providing guidance and reviewing their self-prepared returns, or preparing complete returns and managing product inquiries to promote prosperity worldwide.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and communicate accurate answers in understandable terms.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing advanced video communication tools, with documentation of interactions for accurate record-keeping.
