As a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in technology roles, you'll leverage your expertise and creative sourcing approaches to enable TELUS to deliver its products, services, solutions, and exceptional customer experience.
You're the ultimate intermediary. You strike the perfect balance between talent discoverer and talent agent. Virtually a member of your client group, you use your expertise to ensure we have all the necessary talent, both for today and tomorrow. You understand the hiring team's role and its importance in the broader context so well that candidates often think you're part of that team. Your natural curiosity, exceptional instinct, analytical mind, and great listening skills inspire confidence in both hiring leaders and candidates. You know what matters to them.
You represent the best of both worlds : you help candidates and hiring leaders while developing strategies and leading projects that move the company forward.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
You are bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal
You're known for your ability to listen, question, analyze, and communicate clearly and simply.
You excel at understanding and evaluating hiring managers' and candidates' needs and can set clear expectations.
You have a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
You're results-oriented and capable of working in a time-sensitive environment.
You can proactively identify problems and opportunities, analyze facts and data, and develop and implement creative solutions.
You know how to tackle difficult situations and use your influencing and negotiating skills with stakeholders, including senior executives.
With exceptional organizational skills, you demonstrate resilience and can adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
You collaborate with others and foster their engagement, support your colleagues, and readily highlight their achievements.
You're social media savvy and know how to leverage platforms to their full potential to attract the best talent.
You have 3 to 5 years of corporate recruitment experience
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Your assets
You have experience recruiting for technology positions
You are a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP)
Salary Range : $75,000-$113,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 12%
