Job description

Parkland Corporation is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for our M&M retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume retail M&M stores.
  2. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial video interviews to assess fit for the organization and specific roles.
  3. Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties.
  4. Lead the offer negotiation and extension process, ensuring competitive and market-aligned compensation packages.
  5. Provide guidance to business leaders throughout the hiring process and translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
  6. Educate leaders on proper selection methods using available tools such as interview guides, selection forms, and ranking systems.
  7. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  8. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and performance.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  10. Manage all recruiting invoices for the Talent Acquisition department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or HR-related courses required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to guide hiring managers and candidates through the talent acquisition process, communicate market trends, and use data to support decisions.
