Job Summary
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate supports full cycle recruiting for assigned client groups. The role involves collaborating with HR teams, advising, and assisting with HR initiatives, especially those requiring bilingual skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling, screening, testing, and background checks.
- Participate in HR and recruitment projects.
- Support onboarding and orientation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and HRIS.
- Analyze exit interview data for improvements.
- Support headcount reporting.
- Maintain confidential HR records.
- Assist with HR and wellness newsletters, including French translation.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English.
- 2+ years in recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Willing to travel (up to 20%).
