Qualifications

• Degree in QA, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.
• Strong detail orientation and analytical thinking; ability to summarize complex information.
• Comfort with routine tasks while staying accurate and consistent.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork; capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English and French communication.
• Proficient with learning new systems and tools in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical documentation to identify testing requirements, scenarios, and test cases.
• Plan and prepare testing activities with proper coverage and techniques.
• Develop and document test scenarios and cases using established tools.
• Maintain the test catalogue as products/features change.
• Execute tests within integrated solutions to validate functionality and quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects per procedures.
• Follow up on defects to ensure timely resolution and verification.
• Monitor testing progress and report status to the team manager.
• Prepare and update procedure documentation to support testing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete testing efficiently and on time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
