As a Specialist, Debt Solutions [First Contact Center], your responsibilities will include:

  1. Becoming familiar with statutory requirements for bankruptcy and insolvency.
  2. Responding to phone and online inquiries from individuals seeking insolvency services.
  3. Qualifying leads through intake steps and processes.
  4. Following up on leads and inquiries.
  5. Gathering necessary information to support the insolvency process.
  6. Scheduling appointments and communicating via email as needed.
  7. Preparing letters using templates with necessary customization.
  8. Performing other duties as required.

Requirements for the Role:

  1. Ability to speak French is required.
  2. Professional attitude and presence to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
  3. Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent.
  4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  5. Ability to exercise confidentiality and diplomacy.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Knowledge of MS Teams and Bookings is an asset.
  10. Willingness to learn customized data management systems.
  11. Two to three years of experience in a customer service environment.
  12. Experience serving clients via phone and in person is an asset.
