Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)



As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Ottawa & Gatineau focused Building & Construction division.



Responsibilities include:

• Hunting for new business opportunities in the Ottawa/Gatineau market
• Continued Lead Generation
• Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction
• Utilising your French language skills to attract French speaking clients and candidates
• Full 360 recruitment
• Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
• Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance

The Successful Applicant

Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)



The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience
• Bilingual (English & French) fluency is essential
• Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)
• Proven Business Development experience
• Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset
• Experience recruiting into the Ottawa and/or Gatineau market would be an asset
• An ambitious individual with a driven attitude

A base salary of up to $70,000
