Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will build trusted advisor relationships with corporate clients to enhance employee engagement and wellness via TELUS Health’s solutions. Your strategic and management skills will ensure client success, foster business growth, and explore new opportunities. This role offers a rewarding challenge within a leading innovator in engagement and wellness solutions, ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow TELUS Health’s major client accounts.
  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace health issues and propose creative solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement across organizational levels, especially with senior executives.
  • Analyze data to recommend health and wellness solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client needs, escalate issues when necessary, and plan resolutions.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure profitable account management.
  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to represent client interests and improve processes.
  • Support proposal development and client presentations, including re-tendering processes.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Health Sciences, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years in Account or Success Management, B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized, high-quality service to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of EAP, wellness, mental health, and health benefits markets.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with email, Office tools, and CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Availability for occasional in-person client meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in HR, wellness programs, or EAP.
  • Previous sales experience.
