Job summary

CMHC is seeking a Bilingual Senior Analyst in Information Business Systems to support design, configuration, and operations of enterprise platforms, ensuring stability and data integrity. This temporary full-time, hybrid role emphasizes end-user support, data integration, and continuous improvement across CMHC systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and guide operational readiness while leveraging Dynamics 365, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems design, or application support.
• Experience using structured analysis, design, and programming techniques to deliver business system solutions.
• Exposure to end-user / operational support practices using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and VPN concepts.
• Working knowledge of data structures, databases, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform business systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements by consulting with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Configure, support, and enhance enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365/Power Platform) for stable daily operations.
• Analyze, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Provide advisory support to internal users, analysts, and stakeholders on system capabilities.
• Partner with service desk teams to support incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation paths via ITSM tools.
• Ensure data quality, system integrity, and QA through testing and issue resolution.
• Support operational readiness activities to improve adoption and first-contact resolution.

About the role

Join the Infrastructure and Operations, team in the Senior Business Systems Analyst position. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and operational support of enterprise platforms including enabling effective end-user support by performing advanced systems analysis, solution design, and data integration activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are stable, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards. This role focuses on operational enablement, data integrity, and continuous improvement to support reliable service delivery across the organization.

This is a temporary position.

What you’ll do:

• Perform business systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements by consulting with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Configure, support, and enhance enterprise business systems and services (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365/Power Platform), ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations for end users.
• Analyze, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and usability for reporting and decision‑making.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and process re engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide technical and functional advisory support to internal users, analysts, and stakeholders on system capabilities and usage.
• Partner with end‑user support / service desk teams to support incident triage, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and clear escalation paths (e.g., through the enterprise ITSM tool).
• Ensure data quality, system integrity, and quality assurance through validation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support operational readiness activities (e.g., user communications, basic training/enablement, onboarding/offboarding impacts, and documentation) to improve adoption and first‑contact resolution.

What you should have:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems design, or application support.
• Experience using structured analysis, design, and programming techniques to deliver business system solutions.
• Exposure to end‑user / operational support practices (incident triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation) using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and common user connectivity concepts (e.g., VPN).
• Working knowledge of data structures, including databases, data warehousing concepts, and data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decision‑making.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
