As a bilingual customer agent, you will handle service inquiries from either external customers or internal clients’ inquiries through multiple communication channels. The responsibilities may vary depending on the department but in general, you will be:
We offer comprehensive training to ensure you maintain a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures to ensure you can handle customers' enquiries.
You must be flexible and available to work all shifts mentioned in the Working condition below.
Hours of operation are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday. First 3 months in office full-time, and then 3 days a week in office after the probation period is completed.
Expected base salary is $46000.00, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
